Doing the right thing isn't always going to feel good.
Standing up for yourself, setting boundaries, making decisions, and even taking action towards a dream can, at times, make you feel anxious, fearful or even like you're doing something wrong.
This feeling is why we self-sabotage, back down, and doubt ourselves, and hit glass ceilings.

2️⃣ The second thing is to distinguish whether your feelings are natural nerves from the fear of doing something new or your intuition letting you know that something is off.
