The Unspoken Truth About Taking Action

Doing the right thing isn't always going to feel good.

Standing up for yourself, setting boundaries, making decisions, and even taking action towards a dream can, at times, make you feel anxious, fearful or even like you're doing something wrong.

This feeling is why we self-sabotage, back down, and doubt ourselves, and hit glass ceilings.

So when these feelings hit, what should you do to breakthrough?

1️⃣ Being aware is of what's going on is the first step to overcoming these feelings and pressing forward.

2️⃣ The second thing is to distinguish whether your feelings are natural nerves from the fear of doing something new or your intuition letting you know that something is off.
