We’re coming up to the end of another year and the start of a new decade. And so now is the perfect time to slow down and reflect on the past year.
One of the best ways to do this is to ask yourself reflective questions and I've included some of my favourite ones below.
*Side note: I recommend downloading the free worksheet at the bottom of this post, finding a quiet space, and carving five minutes out to go through these.
Here are 7 questions to help you review the past year…
What were your biggest hits? What were your biggest accomplishments, what made you most proud, and what brought you the most happiness?
What were your biggest challenges?
Are you the same person you were at the beginning of the year? If not, how have you changed?
If you had to write a newspaper headline to describe your past year, what would it be?
What are the top three lessons you’ve picked up?
What do you want to continue next year?
What needs to be left behind?
Be sure to check in next week, where we'll be expanding on Q.7 and talking about closing chapters so that you can start the new year on a fresh leaf.
Until the next time Xx, Jenine
