3 Ways to Get Motivated

Weight is something I’ve struggled to get under control for as long as I can remember.
But two months ago, that changed.
At the time of writing this, I’ve lost 20 pounds in the past 2.5 months
Hitting the lowest weight of my adult and adolescent life and
Feeling the healthiest, most energetic and confident I’ve ever been.

Can be applied to achieve any goal that you’ve been working towards
-and that one thing is motivation.
Here’s the thing, getting motivated is easy.
Staying motivated is the hard part.
